Title:
"What babies know about the world"
Abstract:
For the past 30 years, a significant body of research
shows that babies are much smarter than we ever thought. From perceiving sounds
in the womb, to making use of language, all within the first year of life,
infants are built to make sense of the world in a rather sophisticated way. In
this talk, I will show evidence that this is the case.
